GENERAL

Are your products made in the USA?

All the products are handmade in our Santa Fe studio with domestic supplies and most of time we use recycled paper.

What about backorders or substitutions?

If any of the items in your order are not available to ship in a timely manner, you will be contacted by Kaleidoscope Designs Wholesale. All of our products are hand made, any delay is a result of waiting on materials. We will not do substitutions unless you request them.

SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship to?

We have primarily shipped in the United States but will be happy to ship to other countries.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are shipped within 10 business days or sooner of placing your order. Depending on the size, or product mix it can occasionally take a bit longer. The Plaques and Ornament are more labor intensive.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily use United Parcel Service and U.S. Postal Service. We can also ship using FedX and DHL or use your shipping account.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I ship my order back to you?

If you order something incorrectly or there was quality issue we are happy to replace your product.
